Since getting a mobile (especially prepaid), you must be wondering what offers exist with your operator or service provider. But it feels really too pathetic to call up customer care every now and then asking what offer exists that day.
Keeping in mind such problems faced by its customers, Airtel has now launched a service named My Airtel My Offer wherein a prepaid Airtel customer can get all the offer details applicable for his number (the number he/she is calling from) just by dialing an IVR toll free number – 12131.
Though, this offer was available in my state for quite sometime, but Airtel has now rolled out this service across all other telecom circles.
