The Samsung Valencia, a Windows Mobile powered handset was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona recently at the Microsoft counter and surprisingly not at the Samsung counter.

Specs & features:

393 MHz processor

128MB RAM

128MB ROM

320×240 QVGA display

3G

AGPS

Windows Mobile 6.1

Bluetooth

HSDPA

2 megapixel camera

Messaging – Email, POP3, SMTP, IMAP4, MS Exchange, IM

Video Streaming

Video Recording

FM Radio

The handset bears the non-touch version of TouchWiz interface and is NOT a touch-phone. The menu bar widget located on the left is accessible through the D-pad navigation.

No word on the pricing yet. The features do not make it sound very spectacular. Maybe the pricing would make the handset an interesting pick for buyers!
