Some reports indicate that Nokia’s Touchscreen phone code named Tube will be unveiled at London on October 2nd .. Touch is the latest market winner – iPhone now HTC Google G1 ..
This handset is project as a media handset and has a large screen
This handset will have a 3.2-inch touchscreen (640 x 360 pixels), 3.2 megapixel camera, VGA video recording, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, quad-band GSM, Symbian S60,150MB internal memory, and microSD memory expansion

really its a gr8 phone…..wid gr8 look and features…..but wats the price of it……??????????
Price is very important factor for indians ,as each touch phones are costing quite high when they come to india……when it is to come to india?pls provide details……..if it is between 10K to 15K ……it will defintely get some buyers in india ….
it wont be that cheap i think it will easily cost more than 25,000 coz it is a touch screen
its gonna be 499.99 $ and launched on 2nd Oct 2008

if the nokia 5800 has to compete with iphone then it should must keep the price in their level… mean ard 25K…. not more than 30k…. although it is nokia so it may more user friendly than the iphone… i phone sucks….

2 choices on indian buyers….
NOKAI 5800 with 20,000
LG KP500 with 13,000
both are good in 3” touch screens,
good look….
but Nokia leads in Battery, Connectivity (Nokia with 3.5G but LG limits to 2G)…
in india it will take few more months to launch 3G.. and also obviously Tariff will be very High..so for middle class persons its better to go for LG
Music quality is awesome in both models but Nokia gives around 32-34hrs Music playback…LG not much..if you are music mads go with Nokia….
Camera comes with 3.15pixels in both players but Nokia comes with Carl Zeeis lens and also 2 LED flash….
Touch sensitivity is almost same in both devices…Again nokia’s hand is on top.
Nokia processor is 32% upper that LG.
in size of display LG sticks fine as better that Nokai
Both sizes are almost same..LG gives .2” extra wide for better view
LG handwriting and TOUCH pads are good. Where as in nokia touch pad is very small and also images are not clear…
