if you want to buy a moto rola mobile , this is very poor dision because suffer to buy motorola mobile it is allwase hang

I am a reliance customer (User) just one week before purchase new Motorola W362 model. I found two main problems i. Battary (life is less then one day only) 2. Send SMS after 4 to 10 hours some time one day delay. What can i do.
