Philips has unveiled two economy mobile phones — Philips 198 and 199. These handsets are similar to each other with the only difference being the FM Radio feature in Philips 199 model.

The Q1 of 2008 was pretty happening for Symbian. The company saw 18.5 million handsets being shipped in Q1 with Symbian OS. There has been increase in the number of Symbian phone shipments by almost 17%.
