If you have used Flickr a lot , you might have noticed that there’s a feature to place the photo taken on a Map.

Geotagging in simple words is relating the photo with the place at which it was taken.

The rise of the inbuilt GPS or Global Positioning System in the latest Nokia phones has forced Nokia BetaLabs to launch a free application for its GPS phones called Location Tagger - a tiny app which captures the current co-ordinates of your phone and appends it to the EXIF information of your photo. You have just GeoTagged your photo. Its been Tested with Nokia N95, N95 8GB, N82, and E90 using the integrated GPS.I cant get my GPS in my N82 to work now.. Will try out doors tomorrow..

Head over to the Nokia BetaLabs site for the free download Incase you are too restless .. here’s the direct link LocationTagger_v1.0_beta.sis to the app..
