Online job search websites have made the life of today’s job searchers easy. Just type in the position name and the city you will get a list of jobs, which might be of interest to you.
monster.jpg In India, Monster and Naukri are the two prominent job sites offering online job search services. As far as my opinion goes Monster is the most user friendly website and gives accurate results sticking to what they say in their ad, “Monster search engine searches the best jobs for you”. Taking its popularity further Monster India has launched Mobile Job Search in India. By sending one message to particular number, they will send you top three matching jobs; you can further dwell into particular opening that might be of your interest. This is really a very innovative approach followed by Monster India. In today’s world, if a person is frustrated with his or her job, he or she looks for jobs on the Internet in office hours; this sometimes is dangerous, keeping in mind the onlookers in office and also the nasty strategy of offices to record what their employees do. Some office have even banned job site inside office. This problem must have caught the attention of Monster along with the growing use of mobile to access Internet by Indian consumers. Earlier such kind of application was launched by Monster for employers. I am very much sure that this application by Monster will become popular among today’s job seekers. For searching jobs on this application send SMS, Job “Position Name” “City Name” to 53030 and Enjoy Madii !!!
