Nokia Entertainment Study defines Next Episode in Entertainment

Nokia N Series carried out an entertainment study with the help of Future Laboratory. They call it the Entertainment Study. Nokia interviewed trendsetters from 17 different countries about their entertainment and digital lifestyle. This study also included India. Nokia also spoke to industry experts to make this study a success. This study helped Nokia in creating a global picture of how entertainment will look like in the coming 5 years.

India Study Outcomes:
According to Nokia, “India is looking at the most lucrative and influential youth market in Indian history. This is a market which is already beginning to define and demand its own entertainment.”
“Youth consumers are looking for entertainment formats that allow them to be independent…”
“With low–cost entertainment key for consumers, the internet is India’s biggest growing entertainment network. Networking, surfing, uploading and creating has fast become the preferred entertainment pastime of the ‘Digital-Youth’; 80% of 18–24 year olds enjoy downloading media, film, music and photos from the Internet as a form of entertainment.”
