The Americans went crazy over iPhone, when it was launched. People were sitting outside the retail stores for 2 to 3 days to get their hands on this innovative gadget. iPhone’s popularity has been reflected in the recent Smart phone Market Study done by Canalys, a prominent research firm. iPhone is on the second spot after Blackberry and then comes Windows Mobile on the third spot..now this is some feat, which iPhone has achieved in such short span. Just imagine what will happen when iPhone is launched with a GPS and 3G functionality. Apple anyways competes with Microsoft on the OS front, but iPhone is giving Windows Mobile a run for their money.
