The HTC Touch lacked a touchable keyboard. Touch screen phones are a nightmare to use for QWERTY and T9 users .
at least I found it irritating and slow to type. HTC seems to have addressed this issue with the HTC Touch Dual
As the name indicates the HTC Touch works both on GSM and 3G / UMTS networks.
It comes with Dual Input and a Dual Camera. The Touch Screen with the TouchFLO technology is still present but in addition to that
there is a slider keypad which allows you to enter text directly instead of using the stylus.
It also comes with a microSD expansion slot.
The keypad will have 12/20 keys depending on the operator. It will be available for purchase later this month in Europe under Orange initially.
