My Hutch phone is still showing hutch as operator , They have taken so much importance for marketing the brand on TV and other media but for the end user no communication or info is known. Vodafone is known globally for its Value Added Services. It might push the Indian authorities for 3G

Sir,
I am A.K. Jain the owner of Jain Telecom Centre, C-341/14, Bhajan Pura, and Delhi-110053. Sir, I want to draw your kind attention towards the carelessness of the distributor and sales executive of our area by following points:-
They don’t provide the information about new schemes.
When we demand for Fresh SIM Card, often they offer us IVR SIM instead o f them. Due to this, required target can’t be completed. In that situation, they say that you are out of this activation scheme.
RM/AM etc. hardly visit and never contact to the dealers.
I knew about SK-1 and SK-2 schemes when they had been finished. They involved my name in SK-3 but in return they told me that “your SK-3 scheme score is very few consequently you will get nothing” from which we didn’t receive any claim or gift. During this period, when I joined SK-4 scheme, after some time an offer given to me that “if you give your activations by another dealer code then you will definitely get any gift” but I refused that offer and joined the schemes offered by Airtel and Idea and gave better results and got exciting prizes. Why should I give activations by another dealer code?
Sales Executive, Mr. Saurabh is very rude in behavior. Today when we asked him for the new schemes he said that “Sir, when I don’t have any information regarding the scheme, how will I tell you about the scheme” and if you want to give your name in the scheme then tell me. Sir, until I will not get any information about new schemes till then I will involved my name in which scheme? Rude behavior will improve or slow down the business? Please send another sales executive instead of Mr. Saurabh, it probably give the better response.
Sir, what is this elusive work? When and how will I get my claim for those activations which I sold during this period?
Information regarding scores and claims of dealer should be directly send on his mobile phone, from which no one(distributor, sales executive etc.) can cheat with the dealer.
I am waiting for my claims and your response. I hope you will satisfy me with positive response. Please check, who is responsible for this mischievous act?

Caller tune has been activated to my no. 9811054205 with out my permission on25/09/2007 After my complaint caller tune has been deactivated but i have not get my refund of Rs. 30 which was deducted against the same.
It seems vodafone is also a company who is making fool to its customers and i think some one have to take it in Consumer Court and I think I may be the one. This problem is repeating every month and i have not recd my 60 Rs back July and Sep month.
Customer care executives are also not replying properly. Very poor response.

This is Sanjay Swami, holding a corporate connection from Vodafone # (9873156990) and my billing cycle is 15th to 15th of a month. As per you first month bill my outstanding was 1759/- for which I made a payment of 800/- on 23rd September 2007 and my last date for payment is 3rd of every month. After that I started getting calls from your side for making payment of remaining amount of around 959/-. Even though I confirmed to pay it within a day or two but there were continuous calls from various people.
Finally they sent an executive on 1st of October around 3:30 PM and I gave him a Cheque of UTI Bank worth 959/- and got a receipt # 2543 against the same.
Two days later, again I started getting calls for the same, and instead of confirming the receipt of my payment they said my services are barred, then finally I called customer care and told them whole story and told them that I don’t want to keep any relationship with Vodafone because of their unprofessional approach (Reference Ref No: —705269192 dated 08/Oct/07). Next day I got a call form (09873805933) saying that, we have received your payment worth rupees 959 and your services will start again and my services started again.
Again, next day I got message saying that your service has been barred. Then tried to reach (09873805933) but he was not responding to my call and I was not able to reach your Customer Care too. Then called up Customer Care with another number and discussed the same with (Ref No: —708484568 dated 10/Oct/07), he told me to wait for some time and my problem will be resolved.
I confirmed the same with my UTI account bank and they informed me that the amount was debited to Vodafone on 5th of October 2007.
Still I am getting call for the same from (09873822833) and have already repeated the entire story.
Even now from Vodafone side, it is still showing my outstanding amount as 959 /-
Would somebody from Vodafone, please save me from this mental suffering because of the unethical practice and a highly unprofessional approach of your people?????

Actually i also wanted to know about co. rules. i took STD plan Rs. 110 voucher in 89 minute last month, that is service is too poor. i changed this month i took 252 voucher. in Rs 20, 100 minute talk between 10 pm-8 am, in this plan i used only 59 minute, my next 41 minute is balance. but when i took Rs. 252 voucher this month. actually 50 bonus facility in each 100 voucher in my no. talking vodafone-2-vodafone 50 bonus call 24 hrs, but my vodafone-2-vodafone bonus have transferred in my 10 pm-8 am time . Why ?
