Quickoffice Named Forum Nokia 2005 Developer of The Year

DALLAS, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ — Quickoffice(R), Inc., a leading provider of
innovative mobile office document software, today announced its selection as
Developer of The Year in the 2005 Forum Nokia PRO Awards, sponsored by Nokia’s
global developer support program. Quickoffice was selected as the year’s top
developer from more than 150 entries that were judged by an independent panel
of mobile industry journalists and analysts.
The award was presented to Quickoffice for its Quickoffice Premier
software suite, a mobile application that allows business professionals
worldwide the ability to open, view, edit and even create Microsoft(R) Office
documents directly from their smartphone with complete document integrity.
A total of seven awards were presented to developers who exemplified ‘best
practices’ by making significant contributions to driving innovation in the
mobility industry. Quickoffice was honored during a ceremony today at the
Nokia Application Summit in Dubai.
All members of Nokia’s advanced developer support program, Forum Nokia
PRO, were qualified to enter the competition. Quickoffice and the other
winners receive 2006 Forum Nokia PRO membership at no cost as well as a
dedicated company information page on Forum Nokia’s public site.

the Year Award; Rising Star Award – Presented to application, content or

model for operators; Enterprise Application – Series 60; Enterprise
Application – Series 80; Gaming/Entertainment Application – Series 40;
Gaming/Entertainment Application – Series 60.
