Nokia 6708 in the US

Nokia prepares the release of its 6708 in the US

In October the Nokia’s division in Japan announced the 6708, a smartphone with the touch screen powered by Symbian OS with UIQ 2.1 interface. This model seems to be upcoming to the US market – at the FCC site you can see test photos and some info on the Nokia smartphone. However the site doesn’t provide exact name for the sake of confidentiality. However the index 6708 appears every now and then in the user’s manual at the site
