Airtel today announced that it has started offering 4G ready USIMs completely free of cost at Airtel retail stores across the Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh for the existing 2G/3G SIMs to switch to 4G when it launches.
“Customers can continue enjoying their existing 2G/3G services, while staying ready to experience Airtel 4G from the day of its launch,” said the company.
Airtel 4G is available in over 15 circles across India.
Last year Airtel launched its Rs. 60,000 crore network transformation and expansion program ‘Project Leap’ aimed at improving network quality. It also launched a microsite that allows customers to track the progress in their respective localities.
