Airtel has launched Happy Hours for its prepaid customers that them get 50% data back for all in-app content downloads scheduled between 3.00 am and 5.00 am.
Any App developer can integrate Airtel Happy Hours in their app to automatically schedule downloads between 3.00 am and 5.00 am so their users get 50% data back on downloads. The company has also released full API integration kit. App developers can signup for it on the Airtel website.
Highlights of Airtel Happy Hours
- All airtel prepaid users get back 50% of the data consumed during happy hours i.e. 3-5AM
- There are no additional charges for users to avail happy hours benefit.
- It works on existing data packs. No special packs required.
- No additional subscription or opt-in is required.
Happy Hours is available to all Airtel pre-paid customers by default and does not require an opt-in. The data back will be credited to customers after 6.00 am every day.
