Sony Xperia C6 has already been leaked earlier this year and now another device, Xperia C6 Ultra from the company has surfaced. 3D renders and specifications of Xperia C6 Ultra have been released by Nowhereelse.
The C6 Ultra is a phablet and expected to sport a 6 inch full HD display and is powered by a MediaTek Helio P10 MT6755 chipset. It has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage and support for external storage via micro SD card slot. The highlight of the phone is the 16MP front facing camera with LED flash while the rear camera is 21MP also with LED. Its predecessor C5 Ultra had a 13MP front facing shooter.
Similar to the Xperia C6, the C6 Ultra also sports same design as the C6 with narrow bezels. The 3.5mm audio jack and microphone is present at the top.
The power button, volume rockers and dedicated camera button is present on the right side while the USB port and microphone is seen at the bottom.
At the back the image shows the usual Xperia branding and 21MP camera with LED flash.

It must be noted that these are just renders and Sony has not yet confirmed the existence of Xperia C6 Ultra.
