N97 and N97 Mini Gets a Firmware Update
If you are a Nokia N97/N97 Mini user, we have some good news for you.
Both N97 and N97 Mini has got a firmware update to v30.0.016 and v20.0.016 respectively.
You can update your phone to the latest firmware using OTA (Over The Air) or Nokia’s Software Updater on your desktop.
Although both devices support UDP (User Data Preservation), we recommend you backup your phone before starting the firmware update so that you dont lose out any of your phone data.
If your device does not detect any new firmware,then relax, it may have happened because the firmware has not reached your region product code as yet. The firmware update will eventually roll out to all product codes of both devices.
There has been no specific changelog as yet. But we will update you as soon as we find one.
