Blackberry now offering 18 months warranty on BBs

Did you put off your Blackberry purchase just because you were not happy with a standard 12 month warranty ? Well starting now, RIM will offer 18 months warranty on all Blackberry handsets sold in the country !

We are hearing this from a very reliable source but if you are buying a BB do make sure to ask your dealer about the new warranty scheme before taking the plunge !

BBs always tend to loose their resale value towards the end of their warranty period and we feel that this is a good move by the company to tackle that ! What do you think ?
