Nokia Software Updater Gets v2.5.2 Update

Nokia Software Updater, the desktop tool through which you can update the firmwares of your Nokia Devices has been updated to v2.5.2 from its previous version v2.5.1.

The changelog of this new version is not available as yet, but we will update you as soon as we find one.

To install this new version, just fire up Nokia Software Updater on your desktop and it will notify you of the new v2.5.2 update automatically and lets you download it right away. However, if you have not installed Nokia Software Updater on your desktop, you can download it from here.

    Upon launch this version of NSU always prompts with “You must restart your system for the configuration changes to take effect”, even after restarting, and hence it is useless.

    Has anybody else seen this? I’m running Vista on a 64 bit machine, if it matters.

      hello I have the same problem when NSU start allways ask for pc restart i found that the problem is a key on registry that have to be removed and on some installation remain before make changes to registry allway made a save of it then run regedit and go to the follow key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce\CCDReboot delete the CCDRebbot key and NSU then run properly

        It works and allow you tu run NSU, but when you restart it shows again the same message.
        (I’m running on XP latest SP, with latest NSU not the beta , latest PCSuite…)
