Huawei Mate 8 with Kirin 950 SoC, 4GB RAM surfaces in benchmarks and live images

Huawei Mate 8 codenamed NXT-AL10 has appeared on AnTuTu revealing most of its specifications. It will be powered by Huawei’s latest Kirin 950 Octa-Core SoC that was introduced earlier this month. In AnTuTu, the 4GB RAM variant scores 79131 points, beating its competitors. It scores roughly between 76,000 and 79,000 points, according to AnTuTu. Kirin 950 has up to 2.3 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex 72 CPU + up to 1.8 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex A53 GPU and Mali T880 GPU.

An image of the smartphone appeared on weibo recently, showing off its unibody metal build and fingerprint sensor on the back, now more live images of the smartphone have appeared online, showing its huge 6-inch 1080p display.
