Videocon SIM Card

I dont know about your experience, but I have definately experienced the change! The services that i used to use before videocon had a crap network in almost all places except the big cities. i have never seen my network strength fall below 4 with videocon.
You seem like some sales or marketing person of some sim-service. The experience i hav described above is my personal experience, i would definately recommend videocon to n e 1

Hi, My name is Shintu.I got a 3simcard videocon @ Rs.20 with Rs.66 talktime on each simcard. In mumbai videocon uses loop network. Sometime its unable to connect some landline or mobile number.internet speed is little bit faster than airtel. Network strength is not to strong

the worst mobile service i have experienced !
first of all, in mumbai, the loop mobile provides the range for videocon.
all the outgoing calls , we have to dial 3-4 times, then only our call is been processed !
same for the incoming !
the remote fone can hear the callertune , but our videocon mobile does not even show the incoming call !
when we call the customer care, from last one month, their system is under upgradation !
ITS OT THE NXT GENERATION MOBILE , ITS THE PAST GENERATION MOBILE SERVICE OUR GRAND PARENTS USED TO USE !!!!!!!!

2.75 EDGE network?? Whoa, whats that?? Never heard of it before! How different is this from 2.5 GSM aka EDGE.

I got a videocon sim card.. no ISD SMS can be rcvd or sent. That was quite a surprise and they can’t tell when this will be sorted. Connection of calls take a longer time and it took days for them to tell me this..after 4 calls to customer service and an email. I have taken a another connection now !

Am from Mumbai too and I have used Airtel, Loop and Vodafone.
Let me tell you all, that if Videocon is using Loop Network in Mumbai, pls stay away from it. Loop does not work very well in Mumbai and Most of the times, even when its in the pocket, it is “out of reach”
Mumbai People, the best GSM Network for Mumbai is Vodafone…. Connects in 1 attempt and message sending doesnt fail, Calls do not drop…. SO Vodafone Only… unless you prefer the CDMA Network…. Very honest and good advice!!

Hi All, i have bought Videocon SIM on 18 may. It is working fine. There is no Call drop, I mean Network is just awesome and new data transmission technology 2.75 edge gives me around 25-35 kbps speed. There are lots of exciting Internet packs, you can ask customer acre guys, they have complete information.
I am using exclusive zero facebook- free unlimited data usage with Videocon.

I am so glade to say that, Really very very bed network and coverage, First of all VIDEOCON must have to make good network system and then after launch his product in market.

The network problem is not only in Highway also in big city like Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar and Surat.

Really very very poor network…..

Network coverage is not good and GPRS speed is not good.
Also the customer services are not good no body bothers about ur problem

My gprs is not working well when i used to connect it to internet then connection is automatically disconnected . I got Satisfied answer from the customers care but opinion given by them didn’t worked. I called them for more than 30 times but i was not at all satisfied with them.

Videocon provides third class services.
I have recharge my sim card with Rs.97, in which i have to get Rs.110 talk time but i get only Rs.87. When i complaint about this they give me just one complaint number. It is almost 15 days passes away but yet there is no solution. I have called atleast 10 times during this days but they r giving just promises that it will solve within 24 hours. But their 24 hours never become.

In short videocon is a cheater company.

Its very bed sarvise no network ,no costmer servise , and costmer care servise is so bed

I am using videocon prepaid services in tamilnadu. Here the service is good. Internet speed is like broad band. I have reached 22kBbs max download speed via pc.Surfing speed is very high compare with other edge operators.Another advantage is speed constant in all times espicially peak net traffic hours. Videocon doen’t have own towers ,but they share with docomo towers.if u r signal is weak ,manually searching network and select Tata GSM. it will work.Heavy internet users suitable for videocon serivices

i bought videocon sim and using since three month but on Friday the 10th of December the sim says activation failed and to day on 15th dec. it is not started, even when it was found i have submitted all correct paper. please do not have faith on this company. mR. dhurt, i am sorry Mr. dhoot is exploiting our countries people
