Snapseed 2.0 gets refreshed UI, new editing tools and more for Android and iPhone


Snapseed, photo editing app has received its first major update in two years. The app from Google is getting a revamped UI, new photo editing tools, filters and more.

Tapping the floating action button on the bottom right will pull up a big list of available tools and filters to choose from. The version 2.0 now adds new non-destructive editing feature called Stacks that allow you to re-edit or undo changes. Users can also copy one edits to another photo. Other important tools include Lens Blur, Tonal Contrast, intelligent perspective Transform, and Spot Healing. Users can apply filters and effects to parts of the image using the Brush tool.
