E-FUN has announced a 10.1 inch Windows hybrid tablet that comes with a detachable POGO keyboard. Priced at $179 the Nextbook will be available in mid November.
The 10.1 inch screen has a 1280×800 IPS display with capacitive multitouch. It is powered by an Intel Atom Z3735G processor and has just 1GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. It comes with 32GB of storage that can be expandable with a MicroSD card up to 64GB. It also has 802.11 b/g/n wireless, Bluetooth 4.0, a micro USB port, mini HDMI port, audio jack, .3 megapixel front-facing camera and 2 megapixel back-facing camera with microphone, and a 3-axis g-sensor for apps and games. Battery on the device is 6000mAh.
Microsoft is tossing in a one-year free subscription to Office 365 Personal plus 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage, and 60 Skype world minutes per month. The Nextbook Windows 2-in 1 device will be available at Walmart stores nationwide with pre-orders via Walmart.com beginning October 23rd. It will be available via SamsClub.com in December.
