Submitted by Sandeep on January 29, 2010 – 12:04 pmNo Comment

Nokia have made an announcement that they will be adding radars to their mobile phones. It will enable you to tell the distance and speed of moving objects such as  cars etc using your mobile phone.

Sounds cool already right? But the most important thing is that you will be able to control the phone using hand movements!

It was unveiled at the Nokia Research Centre. There is no information about when we will see this technology implemented in phones since its just a prototype at the moment. But it is really cool and something we are looking forward to.

Another great thing about this technology is that you can use it while its covered say in your pocket. It can mean access to various functions such as picking up a call or changing the songs!
