Nokia Networks tops LTE performance in China


Nokia Networks has topped  China Mobile’s quality assessment of its commercial TD-LTE network. The company is touted to report best network performance as well as the fastest network implementation across the top 10 provincial capitals in China.

Nokia Networks first launched live TD-LTE for China Mobile in the Fuzhou city. The Fuzhou network also achieved excellent quality based on performance metrics such as network coverage, interference level, voice and data quality. Currently, Nokia Networks supplies TD-LTE technology to 18 out of the 31 provinces of China Mobile.

“The China Mobile study proves that Nokia Networks is providing best-in-class network performance in commercial TD-LTE networks. We are delighted to offer China Mobile top network quality for an unmatched customer experience and a seamless rollout that translates to fast availability of user services.”

said Xue Rui, head of delivery of Greater China region at Nokia Networks in an official release.

The successful rollout of the new technology has been enabled by expert planning, optimization and project management services from Nokia Networks
