Opera Coast browser for iPhone and iPad

Opera launched its Coast browser for iPad with gesture-based user interface back in September and updated it to version 3.0 in December. It has finally released the app for iPhone. The Opera Coast update (version 3.0) also brings a lot of new features for iOS, including suggestions for discovering popular sites, Automatic home screen tiles sync using iCloud, new wallpapers and more.

The iPhone app has been reworked from ground up and not just scaled down. This has gestures that lets you makes use of screen real estate within a thumb’s reach. It has visual search with animated text suggestions and seamless transition to Google in just a swipe. It also has redesigned recent sites feature, share menu and safety information for the iPhone.

The updated app also brings performance improvements in search, faster start up, ability to reload a site when there is no or bad network and more.
